- Shipping times quoted are the time it will take once the item has been shipped. Please also allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
- Customs charges such as duty and tax, may apply to international orders and the receiver accepts that it is their responsibility to pay the charges.
- Failed Delivery: If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
- Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered: We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered. We ask that the delivery address you choose is secure and there will be someone there to receive your parcel.

Returns
- The customer is fully responsible to send an item back to us as we do not offer free returns
- For order refunds: Please contact us at contact@amareframes.com with your order number in the subject heading to discuss next steps.
- Your right to return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received the goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period and notify via the email.
- Returns arriving after this 14 day period will not be accepted . We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached.
- To return goods simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Returns must be sent by a recorded delivery service i.e. a signature is needed on delivery, please keep proof of this postage as we cannot refund for lost post.
- No returns for any sale Items, this includes the buy 2 get 1 free offer
- For overseas returns the customer is responsible to cover any import taxes.
- Once an item is exchanged, a refund is no longer available. You may exchange again but the delivery cost is up to the customers both ways.
- Please also note: We cannot cancel orders after being placed.
